With a combined portfolio of 26 operational properties and annual operating revenue exceeding INR 100 Crore, this merger is set to revolutionize the landscape of boutique and experiential hotels across India. The newly formed entity now boasts 950 keys across 26 operational units, with an additional 6 hotels in development, totaling 120 more keys.

The new company will be led by Priya Thakur, Owner and Director of LaRiSa Hotels, and Randhir Narayan, Founder and CEO of AM Hotel Kollection. This partnership merges LaRiSa’s collection with AM Hotel Kollection’s properties, creating a portfolio of 32 diverse hotels, resorts, and villas across India and beyond.
